Shipping Locations
We are a Singapore brand and ships domestically within Singapore. Upon order placement, you can expect to receive your soap bars between 2-5 days. Should you require a bar urgently, consider visiting one of our retail partners to pick one up.

If you are located outside Singapore, have checked out local soap labels and would still like to order from us, please write to us at mynakedbar@gmail.com and we'll see if we are able to support your order.
Return Policy
Due to hygiene concerns, we do not accept returns or exchanges of soap bars dispatched. If you have a concern about our soaps that you receive, please write to us at mynakedbar@gmail.com with attached pictures and description of your concern, and stating your order number.
Shipping Packaging
Our regular soap bars are dispatched by default in clean milk cartons contributed by the community and upcycled by the brand.
With interaction of water and the action of lathering, bacteria is lifted from the soap and washed away. Hence should you or your family have concerns around hygiene of the reused packaging, during the first use of the bar, simply do an extra good rinse and lather.

If you are our new user, welcome, and you may want to give your family a heads-up on our shipping packaging so they do not place the bars into the fridge upon receiving. ;)
