Where can I see my bubble balance?

Sign in to your account and open the BAR THAT BOTTLE rewards panel. Your current balance and available rewards will appear there.

How do I redeem my bubbles?

Once you have at least 100 bubbles, open the rewards panel and select the order discount. A coupon will be created for you to use at checkout.

How do referral rewards work?

Share your personal referral link with someone who is new to My Naked Bar.

They will receive $5 off their first one-time order over $50. After they complete their purchase through your link, you will receive a $5 off coupon for a future one-time order over $50.

Referral rewards will be reversed if the referred order is cancelled or refunded.

How early must I add my birthday?

Your birthday must be added to your rewards account at least 30 days in advance for you to receive the birthday bubbles.

How often can I receive birthday bubbles?

Birthday bubbles are awarded once per year.

Do I earn bubbles when buying a gift card?

No. Bubbles are not awarded when a gift card is purchased.Bubbles are awarded to the customer who later uses the gift card to make a purchase.

Can I earn bubbles on past purchases?

Bubbles are only earned on eligible purchases made while signed in to your rewards account.

What happens if an order is cancelled or refunded?

Any bubbles or referral rewards earned from the cancelled or refunded order will be reversed.

Can I use more than one discount code at checkout?

Reward coupons are subject to Shopify’s discount combination rules. Only eligible discount combinations will be accepted at checkout.
