Shelf Life & Care
How long is the shelf life?
For the best overall experience, we recommend enjoying our bars within 6 months of purchase, as we only use natural essential oils and the scent may gradually fade over time. Even after that, the efficacy of the soap does not decrease. In fact, the bar is known to become gentler with age, while also becoming harder, longer lasting, and able to lather even more beautifully over time.
Store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. If it looks and smells alright, it can still be used after a year or more.
How long does one soap bar last?
As a guide, one bar should last one person about a month or more with twice-daily showers. If used only on the face, it can last 6 months or more. Actual longevity depends largely on how much water is used and how well the bar is kept dry between uses. To help your bar last longer, use only enough water to build a lather and keep it dry between uses on a well-draining soap dish.

Not to worry. The name comes from the ingredient inspiration behind the bar, not because we are trying to make you smell like Bubur Cha Cha. As much as we would love to, that scent cannot be mimicked with pure essential oils alone. Instead, the scent is blended using our own interpretation of the inspiration, in a softer, more comforting way.
Yes. Bubur Cha Cha is suitable for daily use on face and body.
Store the bar in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight before use. Our soaps do not lose their cleansing efficacy over time. In fact, the lather often improves and the bar can become even gentler as it ages. Use a simple sight and smell check. If anything seems off, do not use it. For the fullest scent experience, we recommend enjoying the bar within 6 months of purchase.
