Even after that, the efficacy of the soap does not decrease. In fact, the bar is known to become gentler with age, while also becoming harder, longer lasting, and able to lather even more beautifully over time.
Store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. If it looks and smells alright, it can still be used after a year or more.
