How long is the shelf life?
For the best overall experience, we recommend enjoying our bars within 6 months of purchase, as we only use natural essential oils and the scent may gradually fade over time. Even after that, the efficacy of the soap does not decrease. In fact, the bar is known to become gentler with age, while also becoming harder, longer lasting, and able to lather even more beautifully over time.
Store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. If it looks and smells alright, it can still be used after a year or more.
How long do the soaps last?
How long each bar lasts depends on how often it is used, how much water it is exposed to, and how well it is dried between uses. As a guide, one bar should last one person about a month or more with daily showers, and longer if used only on the face. To help each bar last longer, use only enough water to build a lather and keep it dry between uses on a well-draining soap dish.
